Our Story
Coastal Equipment Corporation opened for business on November 16, 1992, and was founded by Mark Goldstein. Over the years, Mark and the Coastal team have continued to build and expand Coastal Equipment to be one of the largest privately held materials handling providers in New England. The team at Coastal Equipment is directly active in the design, sales, fabrication, and installation of material handling equipment. We have more than 100 years of combined experience in material handling and custom fabrication solutions for customers in Maine, New England, and across the USA and Canada.

Our Process
The Coastal Equipment team will work with you directly to understand the unique needs of your business. We will review the layout of facilities, identify product workflow, and pinpoint special considerations and variables across your business.
The Coastal Equipment team will design a custom solution to your needs in an interactive process. We work across multiple vendors and our fabrication capabilities to provide the most cost-effective and timely solutions available.
Our job doesn’t stop there. Many times, we will coordinate delivery and installation when required. With our full-service capabilities, we are also ready to provide service and repair on the items we provide.
